Is CertifEye subscription-based?
No. CertifEye uses a credit-based system. You buy credits once and can use them whenever you need. There are no monthly fees or recurring charges.
How many credits does one analysis use?
A standard image analysis uses 1 credit. Add-ons like detailed reports, certificates, or expert verification consume additional credits (from 1 to 6 credits depending on the service).
Do credits expire?
Credits purchased do not expire as long as your account remains active. You can keep them for future use without pressure.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You simply purchase a new pack of credits. Your account retains its Premium Status for 1 year from your last purchase, even if your credit balance hits zero.
Does buying credits unlock premium features?
Yes. Any credit purchase automatically unlocks 'Premium Member' status for 12 months, granting you access to video analysis, advanced image inspection (5 models), and the full add-on ecosystem.
