CertifEye - The Global Standard for AI Detection

1. Purpose & Scope

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital services and Credits offered by CertifEye. They form a binding contract between the User and CertifEye and prevail over any other commercial or promotional document.

3. Description of Paid Services

CertifEye provides intangible digital services, including:

Credits: Digital units required to initiate analyses or unlock features
Reports & Certificates: Digital documents (PDF or web-based) generated by automated systems or human review

⚠️ No physical goods are sold or delivered. All services are performed exclusively online. The purchase of Credits grants access to execution of analysis services and generated outputs, not ownership of any CertifEye technology or intellectual property.

4. Credit System

Personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable
Non-exchangeable for cash or any monetary equivalent
Usable only within the CertifEye platform

Credits grant a right of access to services and outputs only and do not constitute a purchase of data, reports, or certificates as goods.

CertifEye reserves the right to modify the credit cost of specific features at any time. Such changes do not affect previously purchased credits.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency (EUR or USD) at the time of purchase. Taxes and VAT are applied in accordance with applicable regulations. Price changes are not retroactive.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by certified third-party providers (e.g., Checkout.com, PayPal). CertifEye does not store banking or card information. Services are activated only after full payment confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)

By purchasing Credits and using them to initiate an analysis, you expressly request the immediate execution of a digital service.

You acknowledge that, in accordance with applicable consumer laws governing digital content and services:
You expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the service execution has begun, meaning as soon as the first credit is consumed.

8. No Refund Policy

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, all sales are final.

No refunds shall be granted for:

Unused or partially used credits
Dissatisfaction with analysis results or outcomes
Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations
Voluntary account deletion by the User

9. Service Performance Disclaimer

CertifEye provides probabilistic and informational analysis services. No guarantee is made regarding a specific detection rate or result.

False positives or false negatives do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the User to a refund. Analysis results are informative and probabilistic and do not constitute a guarantee, certification of truth, or legally binding conclusion.

10. Invoices & Promotions

Invoices are available in the User dashboard. Promotional or free credits:

Have no monetary value
Are non-refundable
May be modified or revoked at any time

11. Suspension & Termination

CertifEye reserves the right to suspend access, block credits, or terminate accounts without refund in cases of:

Fraud or abuse
Payment disputes or chargebacks
Violation of the Terms of Service

12. Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertifEye’s total financial liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the transaction concerned.
